Technical Support Specialist Position
Successful candidates for Technical Support Specialist positions should exude “the knack” for solving technical puzzles and helping customers leverage our software tools and solutions to their greatest advantage. This position is part consultant and part technical analyst but all about delivering great value both reactively and proactively to our Global 5000 customers. Must be a quick study and comfortable learning a variety of web based tools, mobile applications and commercial software products that are used in our daily activities. A professional work ethic and strong written and verbal communication skills are essential to interface with customers/partners domestically and globally. Attention to detail is a key attribute in isolating, identifying, resolving and documenting outcomes. All TSS positions are based in our Savannah office with business travel possible from time to time. Career paths upward include becoming a Project Manager, QA Engineer or Consulting Engineer once those qualifications are met.
Minimum Educational, Technical & Business Skills for position:
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in a technology related field
- Excellent written and vocal communications skills
- High proficiency with standard workplace applications including Microsoft Office inclusive of Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Exchange (or their Google equivalents)
- Web and mobile computing experience and interests learning and mastering the new technologies that are changing everyone’s wok and personal lives
- A belief that working for a small, aggressive tech company represents a better challenge to your personal growth and future earning potential than being a cog in wheel at someplace much bigger

In total, we support 75+ direct customers/partners with almost two million learners working in forty countries and more than a dozen languages. Not bad for a boutique team operating outside the confines of Silicon Valley/Silicon Alley here in one of America’s most beloved and storied cities.
Our corporate offices are located on Savannah’s southside area and are convenient to shopping, restaurants and entertainment. The company-owned four story-building features open floor plans and collaboration zones along with state-of-the-art training and meeting facilities for our visiting customers and partners. We’ve outfitted our space with the latest in IP telephony, video conferencing, security and worker safety equipment, and a recycling collection center. The building is powered using our own 23 kWh rooftop solar array helping us all to think greener and lower our carbon footprint. Team members share company bikes for their short trips and errands. Onsite amenities range from free drinks and snacks to beer and popcorn on Friday afternoons. We have ample, FREE parking in a monitored surface lot. The company also has a development center down in New Zealand that we get to visit from time to time.
