Yvonne will illustrate how to map out the journey and then identify friction points and opportunities for each step that can help improve the entire customer experience from marketing to customer support.
Yvonne Jouffrault is an experienced startup founder, advisor and product expert. She is currently the Director of Marketing for Coastal Voice, a Savannah based online business phone service and works as a product strategy consultant with Paris startups that are building tools for software teams. She is the co-founder of TechSAV and has been involved in many other community projects to grow the innovation and tech community in Savannah.
